DIY: Chocolate Mouse - recipe


One of the things that i like to eat the most:

And here I have a super-delicious recipe for a chocolate mouse,
what is always the best when it's self-made (:

6-8 persons.

- 4 eggs, split
- 100 gram sugar
- 170 gram pure chocolate
- 4 tablespoons (whiped)cream

1. Add the egg yolks in a bowl and the egg whites in a large mixing bowl.
Beat the egg yolks up with a whisk. Beat the egg whites till it's half stif with a whisk or a mixer.
Add the sugar in parts, and beat up the egg whites till it's stif.

2. Put the chocolate in a microwave safe bowl. Set the microwave on 360 watts.
Let the chocolate melt in 4,5 minutes. Stir a few times in between.
When the chocolate has melted, remove it from the microwave.
Let the chocolate 2 minutes outside the microwave oven.

3. Stir the egg yolks gently and than the (whiped)cream through the chocolate.
Add the beaten egg whites and fold gently through the chocolate mixture.
Divide the mouse over the cups and let it stiff 3 hours in the frigde.

And you've a delicous desert!
